Frank Dunn
» 100 miles per week in high school sent Frank into a
deep dislike of running for more than 20 years... he decided to
give it a try again at age 45 and found his way back to the
sport. Now Frank learns to train and race as a master and
defends his Mag 7 Series Title. |

Tim Ryder
» A middle distance runner (800m) in college, Tim has
since moved up in distance and at age 40 has found new life in
eating organic and primarily vegan foods and focusing on
strength training to help him find the occasional sub 17 minute
5k. |

Tom Chorny
» Tom has run professionally since college and at age 33,
he mixes in his passion for running as a volunteer coach at
Indiana University and a part-time employee at Indiana Running
Company as he focuses towards
the 3000m Steeplechase heading into the 2012
Olympic year. |
